Let Go Boss – Weekly Coaching Summary

This session focused on building a simple, working lead magnet funnel using Go High Level, including Instagram post creation, comment-to-DM automation, landing page setup, form capture, pipeline tracking, and SMS delivery. Key participants included Basim Mousilli, Nicole Rashard, Chanse, David, Birdimus (Marcus), Anu Kinhal, and Edsel.

Introduction and meeting purpose

  • Basim welcomed the group to the Weekly Let Go Boss Coaching Call, centered on mindset, sales, automation, marketing, and AI.

  • The call emphasized taking practical actions and building systems quickly (“do it messy, then improve”).

  • Participants introduced themselves and shared current priorities and goals.

Participant updates and focus areas

Nicole Rashard (Bookkeeping practice)

  • Nicole shared she is scaling her bookkeeping practice using AI and digital assets.

  • She created a year-end guide for small business owners (Canada-based) and wanted it connected properly to a checkout/funnel flow.

  • Primary need: link everything so users can click → land on the page → access the guide → proceed to purchase or next step.

Chanse (Strategic partner / growth operator)

  • Chanse joined through David and shared his background in sales systems and outreach.

  • He expressed interest in AI for marketing, copywriting, AI agents, and inbound/outbound calling automation.

Birdimus (Marcus Bird)

  • Birdimus shared progress on his digital course “Social Gravity,” focused on building connections and social skill development.

  • Goal: sell course at $97 and launch fully this month.

Edsel

  • Edsel joined in observation mode to learn marketing + AI workflows and how others solve challenges.

Anu Kinhal (IP Attorney)

  • Anu joined primarily in observation mode and noted interest in applying these systems for marketing expansion.

Group vote and workshop topic selection

Basim offered five build options for the call:

  1. Launching scalable low-ticket offer

  2. Outbound voice AI agent setup

  3. Lead magnet + website + notifications setup

  4. Course creation / finishing a course

  5. Viral video campaign build

  • The group voted and selected Option 3: connecting Nicole’s lead magnet funnel.

Lead magnet funnel strategy (Nicole)

  • Basim clarified what a lead magnet is (free value resource designed to capture leads).

  • He recommended making the year-end guide free to increase conversions for a smaller audience and support list growth.

  • Nicole agreed to switch to a free lead magnet model.

Content creation: Instagram post + graphic

  • Basim generated an Instagram caption using ChatGPT based on Nicole’s guide objective and target audience.

  • He created a matching Instagram graphic using AI design tools (Canva generation).

  • He uploaded the post draft into Go High Level’s Social Media Planner for scheduling and publishing.

Automation setup: Instagram comment-to-DM workflow

Key steps covered:

  • Build a workflow triggered by Instagram post comments

  • Use keyword activation (example keyword: READY)

  • Send an automatic DM response validating the user and delivering the link

Important requirement:

  • Nicole needed to connect Instagram/Facebook integrations under Go High Level settings before automation could run properly.

Landing page setup (Go High Level)

Basim built/edited Nicole’s landing page inside Go High Level:

  • Updated hero section messaging to match the lead magnet promise

  • Added a clear CTA button (“Download Free Guide”)

  • Recommended limiting distractions (no navigation menus)

  • Framed the landing page like a “warm handoff” after someone clicks from social

Pop-up + form capture setup

Basim created a pop-up to collect:

  • Full name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

Key notes:

  • Phone number is critical because SMS follow-up has stronger engagement than email.

  • The form was connected to the CTA button so clicks open the lead capture pop-up.

SMS delivery + lead follow-up workflow

Basim created a second automation:

Trigger:

  • Form submitted (Guide opt-in form)

Actions:

  • Create an opportunity in the pipeline

  • Assign the opportunity stage: Downloaded Guide

  • Send SMS with guide link + personal intro

Basim emphasized:

  • SMS follow-ups keep leads warm and increase response rates.

  • Adding a small personal element (example: selfie image) improves trust and conversion.

Pipeline setup (Deals tracking)

Basim created a basic CRM pipeline example:

  • New Lead

  • Downloaded Guide

  • Booked Call

  • Closed / Retained

Purpose:

  • Track leads clearly and move them toward the next revenue step.

  • Prevent leads from becoming “invisible” after downloading the guide.

Testing and confirmation

  • Basim tested the landing page flow and verified the form submission created a deal entry.

  • The system successfully captured the lead and placed it into the pipeline.

  • SMS delivery required Nicole’s number/A2P setup to fully send, but the workflow logic was confirmed.

Key action items

  • Connect Instagram/Facebook properly inside Go High Level integrations

  • Publish Instagram post and confirm comment keyword automation works

  • Upload the year-end guide file into Go High Level media storage

  • Finalize landing page text (free guide positioning + benefit clarity)

  • Ensure form pop-up collects name/phone/email correctly

  • Configure SMS sender/A2P registration and test live SMS delivery

  • Track new leads automatically in the “Downloaded Guide” pipeline stage

Closing notes

  • Nicole confirmed the flow was helpful and planned to rewatch the replay for implementation.

  • Basim encouraged Nicole to share the result as a win inside the Let Go Boss community.

  • The group discussed how the same funnel system applies across industries (courses, services, consulting, professional practices).
