Anu Kinhal

Founder and Managing Member

Anu Kinhal is the firm’s founder and managing member. His expertise and passion is firmly rooted in intellectual property law, having nearly a decade of experience handling a variety of patent related matters for IBM as well as several startup companies in New York.

Anu has drafted and prosecuted patents in a variety of technology areas including machine learning, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), augmented reality, communication network technologies, software systems, and hardware.

Anu’s practice originated in patent preparation and patent prosecution, and extends to trademark registration, trademark prosecution and clearance, and Intellectual Property licensing, and contracts / corporate transactions for startups and SMBs.
